Micro-manages everything and everyone. Does not make people feel that they can do the job they were hired to do. Has to be his way or no way. Never trusted by team. No people management skills.

Agree with the previous comment, this guy micro-manages everything and it seems like he has way too much time on his hands and not taking the time to understand where you come from. Basically he doesn't consider people's opinions however good or bad. He thinks he knows everything but can't back up his unreasonable request with any facts. And most importantly regarding his management skills, he does possess some but not enough for his title.

Craig has been known to unexpectedly lash out at people. In the heat of the moment he will resort to low blows and has a tendency to exaggerate and use false information to justify his outbreaks. He can be an agreeable person, but does not do well in group/public situations. When frustrated or put to the test, he does not communicate well nor does he react in a professional manner. He has also been known to go back on his word. Generally, people who work with him do not like him. This does not get the job done.
