Pretty amazing performance to put as many companies out of business and lay people off with no redundancy having put Dawnay Day into administration... but I bet he is still dining finely whilst his former employees struggle to pay their bills!

Let's be very clear about this.
He had on board a bunch of ex Keyser Ullman failures who did everything Naggar told them. They will know who they are. Those of us non KU staff would call them the 'suck up brigade'
Then there was a big performance over Bank Robert Meyerding when, allegedly DD was going to be brought to its knees by the dodgy dealings of Lutz Meyerding (another crook) and staff were 'let go' on that basis (oddly enough non ex KU staff)
I have followed with interest the incredible expansion of the once 'doomed' DD since my departure in the early 80s and realised that GN was just the crook that I once thought he was.
This is not a personal attack. It is fact from one who worked closely with him (or as close as one could get as not one of the boys)
Shame about the yachts!
Perhaps Butlins may be the order of the day for next holiday, although, more appropraite would be HMP Brixton on remand awaiting trial and then five years in a nice 'open' prison.
